SMS Consent: AI Phone Assistant Demo

1. Program

Program: Summit Heating & Air (Aquila Labs demo) Booking Link.

Aquila Labs, operated by LUXVITA AI Labs LLP, runs a demonstration AI phone assistant for home-service businesses. Callers to the demo line hear the fictional brand “Summit Heating & Air.” Messages are sent by Aquila Labs and always identify the sender as “Summit Heating & Air (Aquila Labs demo).”

2. How callers opt in (verbal consent)

Consent is collected verbally during an inbound call the caller places to the demo line. When a caller asks to book a service visit, the assistant asks:

“Is it okay if I text you a link to pick a time?”

The assistant sends a text only after the caller says yes and confirms the mobile number, either the number they are calling from or a number they state and the assistant reads back. If the caller declines, no text is sent and the office may call back instead. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

3. What you will receive

One transactional text per booking request, containing a link to a booking page where you choose a time and enter your details. Example:

“Summit Heating & Air (Aquila Labs demo): thanks for calling! Book your service visit here: [link] Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”

Appointment reminders after booking are sent by email, not text. This program does not include marketing or promotional messages.

4. Frequency, charges, STOP and HELP

Frequency. Message frequency varies; typically one message per call in which you request a booking link.

Charges. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Help. Reply HELP or email siddhant@aquilalabs.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is not for emergencies; for a gas smell or carbon monoxide alarm, leave the building and call 911.

5. Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text message services.
